Taking 5 with this little guy!!! Letting him sleep in today…as I laid here I thought of how nice it would be to go back to sleep BUT UP AND ONWARD with my day!! I was so tired this morning for our run I even told the ladies that ‘calling out on the run’ had crossed my mind at 5am. But NOPE! I knew if I didn’t go I would be so bummed!!
Even my husband has said to me (mind you this is in reference to my Saturday AM runs- since there isn’t an option on weekdays) “why don’t you sleep in a little and go running later”. My response is…”I do sleep in…we leave 15minutes later on Saturday than weekdays 😂! ”
….but in all seriousness…my real answer is…I’m taking advantage of the time and opportunity I have available to me. I want to keep my running up so don’t have to feel like I’m starting over, I enjoy my morning therapy sessions, I like that I don’t have to worry about anything/anyone else and their plans BECAUSE everyone is still sleeping (lol) PLUS I don’t really have any other time to do it!!
So my message is…if you want to fit fitness in LOOK at the time YOU CAN MAKE available and DO IT!! Trust me 5am doesn’t come easy every morning –but if there’s a WILL there’s a WAY!
