Will the real Sarah please stand up, please stand up, please stand up. {Song stuck in your head now…I know for me it is🎤}
Ever get that feeling someone thinks you’re untrue? 
People change. People grow. I see oneself as an everchanging crystal prism. It’s the same material right? Same crystal right!? But depending on how the light hits it you see different angles of light…of rainbows…in different spots/locations. Same light shining through. Same piece of crystal. Different displays of beauty! 
From a Baby we develop and grow…we find things we like…we are ever changing AS we become aware of new things. As we educate ourselves. As we discover and learn! This goes up through our whole life. 
With those experiences you find who you really feel you are. You learn the true you (& still have moments of change). I’ve discovered through these ever changing years that I’ve never felt more true to who and what I represent now, then I have ever before. 

My advice to you! #betrue #beyou. People should love you through your own self discovery. Don’t be someone else for someone else!! #standup

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
