As these past few days and event comes to an end and we prepare for the closing ceremony I find myself have a flashback to last years event. A time of reflection and reality. Being surrounded my so many like minded people…people with similar visions…similar goals…but one thing for certain the same! The passion to help! Help oneself and help others. The unbelievable wealth of knowledge shared. The stories shared. The ones that make you reflect on your own life…your struggles…your strengths!! The one thing I prepare to end this event KNOWING is that we all have struggles…we all have strengths…we all have beliefs…AND we ALL can positively influence the world in one way-shape-or form!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
