When I made a decision to cut the crap and cut out the crap I made a commitment to myself!! I started to see a nutritionist. –>You know…Like when your car is broken YOU go to someone who KNOWS more about it than you RIGHT? So…
Step 1~ I made a choice!!

Step 2~I made a commitment!!

Step 3~I seeked support!!

Step 4~I invested into myself!!
When you decide enough is enough. When you are ‘broken’ or not ‘running right’ like a car that needs fixing. You make an INVESTMENT to make it better or fix it right!?
I decided I WAS worth the investment. I made it work. I seeked out the support I needed to educate myself to the point I felt confident and comfortable AND FELT AMAZING. I spent $30 a visit and that was practically weekly for awhile. When you want it~You make it work. The investment paid itself back in how great I felt (mind and body) and my healthier days ahead! Like a car you need to get places YOUR BODY IS YOUR VEHICLE!!! So invest into yourself and FIX it!!
AND SO NOW…I invest my time and energy to help educate and serve others myself!! Through fitness…wellness…nutrition! I made a commitment and investment into myself which has helped me be able to serve others. I felt worth it! YOU ARE WORTH IT TOO!! Let chat!!
PS. [I’m not asking and suggesting you be PERFECT and never eat a piece of chocolate or pizza again BUT you can make smart choices and enjoy those things too! I speak of the 80/20 rule…Yes I still enjoy some treats-I’m not perfect BUT much happier with my choices and lifestyle now then I was before — YOU want it bad enough INVEST AND COMMIT–Don’t give me an excuse–YOU CAN do this too!!]

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
