Kale Cabbage Salad TWO WAYS
So I made these this past weekend for a little get-together at my house.
Salad Ingredients:
Curly Kale
Head of Cabbage
Fresh Pineapple
Sunflower Seed
Carrots (4)

•I Sliced up the cabbage and split it between two bowls
•Peeled and shaved 2 carrots in each bowl with the cabbage
•Pulled the leaves and ripped Kale into pieces in each bowl (amount per personally liking)
Dressings: One was an oil based and the other a mayo based.
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
Tsp. Dijon Mustard
Tbsp Raw Honey
Dash of Liquid Aminos
Punch or sea salt and pepper (to personal taste)
Sprinkle with Sunflower Seeds
Toss in some Pineapple Chunks (1/4 Cup-1/2 Cup but all to personal taste)
The other was done by taste preference:
Started with 4Tbsp Mayo, 1Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar, Salt & Pepper, Dash of Liquid Aminos, mixed in ADD more or less of ingredients for personal flavor preference. Last add Sunflower Seed, Pineapple Chunks
