Two birds, One stone

This morning I got two things done that I ALWAYS do in my Monday’s.
✔️ Workout

✔️ Work Conference Call

Never miss a Monday – “fit ‘ness” business into my everyday life!

So what am I getting at here? There was something in that call today that has stuck with me all day!!

Two things the presenter mentioned:

*We are ALL busy….how do you choose to be busy* & *Making time vs finding time*

I hear this excuse everyday….there’s:

🕰168 hours in a week-

⏱40 hours at work or school

⏱56 hours sleeping

⏱72 hours left over

It it boils down to is what is priority!!! You need to change your mindset!! MAKE time for yourself. Decide what you can sacrifice to have that time you said you can’t find! If it’s 30minutes of sleep in the AM or that TV show or scrolling FB in the evening!

I get it we all want and need downtime BUT if there’s something else you keep saying you want -it’s not going to just come to you magically-you have to make it happen!!

Make the time!! Choose your ‘busy’!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!

Honestly I don’t know the name of it. I searched on Amazon for childproof iPad case and found it. It was like $15. It works great for my Son. It’s lightweight with a handle that also converts to a stand (as you see).
