Be Strong!

So when I talk with people daily about fitness and making a lifestyle change and to LIVE a longer healthier life, I’ve heard things like “I’m afraid to build muscle”.
I can’t stress the importance of having some muscle on your body. Ever hear the term skinny fat? Just skinny…no muscle tone…weak as heck.
You don’t want to be that way!!
You want to be strong…be able to do everyday tasks AND then some more challenging ones too. How about, for example, LIKE MOVING furniture in your home for some spring cleaning OR lifting potting soil or mulch bags around your yard for some gardening/landscaping.
THESE are simple life tasks that require strength and to be strong enough to do that without HURTING yourself, you should have some muscle on your bones!!
Soooo DON’T freak out my lady friends!! Strong is the new sexy!! Break the stereotype and workout with weights. DON’T BE AFRAID! Anyone who’s worked with me will confirm they’ve build a healthy amount of muscle vs. becoming the next champion bodybuilder!
Message me friends…join my May SUMMER STRONG group!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
