Baby B started to pull out items to ‘bake a cake’. I was just in awe how he knew what to grab and how he started get things together and started to use his imagination to create this cake he wanted to make. It triggered a memory…a moment from that awesome affirmation yoga class I took.
We all have a tons of recipes in life–FULL of ingredients (feelings, thoughts, actions, etc)
If there is something you want to change about yourself (size, attitude, etc)–You can’t change those things and create your new you with your current ingredients IF YOU currently have hate in there as an ingredient. If you hate those things about yourself you’re trying to change then that hate is in your recipe. You can’t create a good recipe with a negative-poor-sour-ingredients…RIGHT!? We need to rid ourselves of that. Don’t even bring it to the countertop BUT DON’T push it to the back of the ‘cabinet’ either.
Throw. It. Away! Accept. Acknowledge. Move On!
Now go bake that cake πŸ˜‰πŸ‘ŒπŸ»!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
