Soooo here’s a new yummy (to me at least).
Instead of using bread crumbs for my tilapia fillets I used a mixture of coconut flour and almond flour! 1:3 ratio coconut to almond.
I dipped my fish in egg and into my mixed dry ingredients and pan fried with coconut oil (can bake too).
I enjoyed this breadcrumb alternative and wanted to share it with ya!! 👍👍
