Fit Tip of the day….hydrate!!
Proper hydration for your workouts is so important for our bodies. This is my biggest fault!! I never drink enough water!! Working on that for sure!!
It’s really important for performance and recovery. But beyond your workouts, hydration makes all of your body’s systems work at their fullest potential!
To help jumpstart my day I wake up everyday and drink –>nope that’s not coffee<– a mug of hot water with lemon!
That gets my body replenished from its overnight fast and jump starts myself on track with drinkin water!!
