Fixing the misconception!So just thought I’d clear up some misconceptions 😉 on Shakeology!
•Shakeology is not just protein shake.
•Shakeology for ME is not a meal replacement to lose weight.
•Shakeology IS NOT the only thing I consume!! It’s NOT MEANT to be! I don’t have a shake replacing every meal of the day!
Shakeology to me is a nutrient dense meal in a glass so that I can ensure that my body is fed all of the nutrients it needs for the day and more!
Shakeology is, yes, a meal for me BUT NOT each of my meals for the day! I drink my shakeology as 1 meal for the day…quite often it’s the PERFECT meal in the go!! So it may be my breakfast if I know I can’t make myself a decent breakfast OR my lunch if I’m out and about!! I used to forget to pack something to eat and then would start to get the shakes and be HANGRY…settling for a quick fix AND that is NO LONGER the case! I keep a packet of Shakeo with me so if I’m ever feeling that drop in sugar or grumpy Gus I can easily stop at the convenience store for a cup of water and ice & an apple if they’ve got one and BAM good to go (vs. previously I’d have grabbed a ‘granola’ bar or something).
I am in online Health and fitness coach. I am loud and proud. I’m a product of the product! I feel 100% confident and comfortable with Shakeology and the amazing ingredients and I’ve seen the results first hand—I’ve been there -I’m not here to fool you.
