Ok. Soooo my AWESOME FitLifers group is doing an Ab Challenge– challenge within challenges I LOVE IT!! Time got away from me and I lost track of where I was at sooooo I as a leader can’t fall behind and just say ‘whatever’, I WILL make it up and since my feet are pretty achy from my run I thought this was a PERFECT time! 

I added up my crunches -leg raises- & plank hold- I laid out my mat and got to work!

ALL CAUGHT UP with my FitLifers now! 

570 crunches

228 leg raises

8.5min plank

PLUS my AM 13.1mile run AND my Hammer and Chisel workout!! 
Call me crazy…it’s ok…it’s done πŸ˜πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

Vulnerable moment –> Do you get down on yourself?! Verbally say I WILL workout today and then don’t. Make a goal…have a routine…life happens…things get in the way…miss that workout… DOES it get under your skin? Feel guilty? 
I know what you read above may make you think SHE IS NUTS…she’s over training…yadayada…BUT you know what it is…its 3 Part! 1 part passion, 1 part goal achieving, 1 part routine 
I ENJOY working out! =Passion

I feel like ‘something’s missing’ if I miss my workout =routine

I feel setting goals challenges you, gets you out of your comfort zone, & makes you stronger= goal achieving 
NOT going to lie!! My feet, ankles, & knees ARE hurting!!I had a goal set earlier this week and I achieved it with my run this AM!
I committed to myself and a number of others to commit myself 30-40mins a day to a routine to make me stronger day by day!! I could easily have just skipped it BUT I had my rest day yesterday and I wasn’t about to fall behind and feel guilty about it! I ENJOY my daily workouts they make me feel GREAT (even if I ran already for the day or hurting from previous workout if my body feels strong enough I’m not missing it!). 
IF I MAKE EXCUSES what example am I leading?? I always say HONOR your body and I DID! I did a workout that allowed myself to be successful while nursing my runners aches! 
Yes. I AM an understanding person and I get it when life happens DONT GET ME WRONG HERE!!! But I KNOW how awesome these programs are and the results YOU can get–> Ive seen it first hand and I WANT to lead my challengers to their own personal victories!! I want to see others set goals and reach them!! NO MATTER THE WORKOUT!! I LOVE seeing and reading about the achievements they have it makes my heart grow bigger and bigger. 😍😁

I am 35 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother to a Beautiful Boy and my Rainbow Baby Girl. I am a dance and fitness instructor. I own a fitness studio where I offer a variety of fitness classes in the evenings. I recently have become a FULL TIME Fitness Coach after 3+ years of working as a Day Care Assistant after having my Son and leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. Fitness is my passion! I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout my both of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own and with Beachbody programs, live my dream of being a work from home mom (for most of the day), and teach at my studio (and other locations) in the evening. After the birth of my son I have worked hard to get my pre-preg. body back. Shaun T's T25 was initial program and then Tony's P90X3 BOTH which I loved the short affective times because with having a newborn baby that was EXACTLY what I needed. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT doing what I do! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
