Someone mentioned they wish they had my motivation and drive. Here’s the thing…YOU ALL HAVE MOTIVATION AND DRIVE! It just may differ in what it is your motivated for!! & YOU CAN create that motivation for something when you sit and think about what it is you really want.
YOU can’t wish for it…you have to work for it!!
You have to prioritize and make sacrifices.
In the early AM I would love to sleep in my cozy bed…I do battle with that bed often AND most of the time I WIN…but that’s because I know I won’t get it done later SO SOMETHING has to give right?!
I LOVE food-don’t we all!- BUT WE NEED to eat to live NOT live to eat–so realistically and rationally to eat that sweet treat or savory dish I know I need to BALANCE it out in the week AND I do so by getting my workouts in and eating well at least 80%!
You have to ask yourself…what motivates you?! You need to dig into yourself and ask yourself what you want…once you know what you want THINK about that everyday and start to make choices and sacrifices (i.e. Getting up 30-40mins earlier to get some extra physical activity in for the day)…YOU HAVE THE DRIVE IN YOU…you just need to PULL it out!!
