I’m a HUGE shake fan!! I started making my own blend creations using fresh veggies and fresh or frozen fruit, superfoods powders and seeds, and protein powder and beans for extra protein. You don’t taste the beans nor spinach in the shakes -as I experimented I got pretty good with know what would be good or not lol.
I NOW continue to drink shakes but I drink SHAKEOLOGY-my liquid gold!! Shakeology is a nutrient dense MEAL in a glass loaded with MORE superfoods and veggies I could even image putting in myself and it tasting good.
This is my ULTIMATE FAVORITE SHAKE!
Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 scoop of Choc. Shakeo
8oz-12oz liquid (unsweetened almond or cashew milk &/or water)
2Tbsp powdered PB
1/2 Frozen Banana
BLEND BLEND BLEND.
For those who want to spruce up their shakes and may not have Shakeology here was my pre-Shakeo day shake recipe!
Chocolate Protein Mix (I had a vegan -no artificial or synthetic ingredient-great quality protein mix I used)
1/2 frozen banana
1 1/2 to 2Tbsp of powdered peanut butter
Tsp Chia seeds
Tsp Flax seeds
Handful of Spinach or baby kale
Cooked Garbanzo beans or white beans 1/4 cup or less
Unsweetened almond or cashew milk 8oz
Water if need to thin out more
