If the labels really told the truth this is what your store bought frosting would say!
Next time you’re making some cupcakes or cake try making your own frosting 👍. YES it takes more time to do that verses opening up a can of frosting from the store BUT just think of how much better for you that frosting would be!!!
Here’s a Whipped Coconut Cream Frosting recipe:
1 Can of full fat coconut milk
1tbsp PURE maple syrup
1/2tsp PURE vanilla extract
Chill your can of coconut milk in refrigerator over night.
When ready to make frosting, remove can from refrigerator BUT don’t shake! Open can and scoop out thickened cream into a chilled mason jar. Add you the maple syrup and vanilla extract and shake very well for 5minutes or so (or until thick and creamy)
Serve immediately!
