Who doesn’t love a creamy alfredo sauce?!?
Try this cauliflower alfredo sauce -it is definitely a repeat make for me!!
4 Cups Cauliflower Florets
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 C Unsweetened Cashew Milk
1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Dash Salt & Pepper
Pasta of your choice (I used Edamame/Mung Bean pasta alternative)
Steam Cauliflower florets until tender — once tender prepare pot for making pasta.
Sauté minced garlic in Olive Oil
Once sautéed, add all ingredients in blender and purée allowing the ingredients to mix well.
Once pasta is cooked and strained mix alfredo with pasta and ENJOY
Add veggies, a protein, get creative and play around with it! 👍
