Prep your kale: Clean and dry your kale-remove leaves off thick stems and toss in bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and lightly sprinkle with salt.
Lay out on baking sheet and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 10-15 mins. You will want to watch. Edges may brown but you don’t want them burnt!
