Soooo want to branch out a little?? Do you like flat bread? Want a simple recipe with minimal ingredients?! Try this coconut flour flatbread!
This is completely customizable and easy to make!! All you need is:
Coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, eggs, coconut oil, milk (I used unsweetened cashew milk), salt (optional:seasoning of your choice)
Recipe:
1/4 C Unsweetened Cashew Milk
2Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 Eggs
A Dash (aka1/8tsp) baking soda
A Dash baking powder
A Dash (or less ~ personal preference) of salt (I used jalapeño salt).
MIX all in a bowl-get out the clumps the best you can- let set for a minute or so.
In well greased pan (I used coconut oil) scoop into pan like pancakes. Let little bubbles form on too and flip 🙂 It only takes a few minutes! Don’t burn!
Tada…DONE
This made 4 decent sized flat bread pieces!
I wanted it for a breakfast sandwich sooo I fried an egg and cut up some avocado and BAM yum (bit messy but was very tasty)!
So GET CREATIVE with this. Add different spices for different sandwiches!
