Last month the CEO of Beachbody announced that for the top 100 Emerald Coaches with Top SC Points would receive a gift from him (a veggie chopper he says he LOVES) along with a personalized note!
TODAY I received that box.
First I looked at it and saw priority overnight. I thought to myself-I never ordered something to come priority overnight-what is this”
I opened it up and see a note card addressed to me. Then I remembered the announcement.
I opened the note card pretty excitingly to read “Sarah, You never give up and I’m so grateful. Thank you for helping so many people in February. You Matter. Carl”
So I was gifted one BAD ASS veggie chopper THAT of course I will receive an arm workout with from the little pull cord 😊 (lol)
It feels so great to be honored by the CEO of this HUGE company with EVEN a veggie chopper BUT TO ME more so that personalized note. Reminding me that ‘I Matter’ too!
Sometimes you just need to hear, see, read that positive reminder about yourself! Just enough to rebost your mood, spirit, and that feel good feeling!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
