Change comes from discomfort :)

Can you relate?

•Do you feel like a prisoner in your own body?•Afraid to have photos taken of you from neck down?

.

This upcoming week I’m starting a Virtual Accountability Group. During our “Prep/Pre-Week” we have an Accountability “assignment”. It is to take their before pictures and measurements. WHY? Because: You’d be surprised at the changes you’ll SEE in your body from photos and measurements— we don’t rely solely on the scale.

.

BUT I KNOW this is a dreaded task. AND I’m always so proud of everyone who steps out of their comfort zone and completes this challenge assignment.

.

I speak with so many people who expressed their discomfort, their dissatisfaction, their struggle, even their disgust. I feel so PROUD of them and honored that they trust in me and understand that change comes from stepping out of the comfort zone. Change comes from discomfort. Sometimes we need these moments to help fuel our fire and make things happen.

.

It’s like a puzzle. It all comes together. The support. The encouragement. The coaching. The effort. The determination. The dedication. The effort. The results.

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
