Your Mask….

In case of emergency 🚨 put on your own oxygen mask first!

This is the mask of pure physical, emotional, mental exhaustion. Wrong mask.

Have you been there? Do you hide your exhaustion with a *mask*? I do at times. How crazy true is it that “exhaustion” seems to be the norm and a bit of a “status symbol”.

Lack of sleep, lack of balanced nutrition, STRESS, anxiety, all that PLUS more can reek havoc on your body, mind, spirit.

-My baby girls sleep regression and inconsistency has been rough.

-Worrying about the uncontrollable and my mind battle with something I’ve been stressing about.

-The waste of UNFOCUSED energy which then brings on the frustration and stress of not getting the “right things” done.

The NEED to say yes to things.

The NEED to do it all.

The NEED to please.

The DESIRE to help everyone.

The DESIRE to make everyone happy.

The DESIRE to change things I really can’t change!

If you can relate I challenge you to make a change —a challenge I’m taking myself — to make a better effort and focus on “self-care” — sometimes you just have to reflect and come to the realization that:

*you can’t always do it all*

*you have to make changes*

*you have to say no sometimes*

*you can’t do what you used to do*

“When my heart is overwhelmed lead me to a rock that is higher than I.”

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
