Today I set extra devotions and prayers to those who are struggling and have struggled with the loss of an infant. This past September was my angel babies would have been celebrating her/his 1st birthday. I am open about my miscarriage loss which was discovered it at 12 weeks. One should NEVER feel like they can’t talk, share, FEEL the emotions that come with a pregnancy loss {It’s not taboo}! *Im an open ear anytime*!
.
Today we remember:
The babies born sleeping.
The babies carried but never held.
The babies held but could not take home.
Those who came home but could not stay.
.
In October 1988, President Ronald Reagan Proclaimed October as National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day is observed annually on October 15.
.
My Prayers and Love to those on this day and everyday!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
