“Feelings” are what will get in the way of reaching your desires.

“I don’t feel like cooking”
“I don’t feel like studying”
“I don’t feel like eating that”
“I don’t feel like doing the laundry or cleaning”
“I don’t feel like working out”

Funny though how this ‘feeling game’ works — especially for example –when the time comes to *cooking dinner* we *FEEL* like eating out. Or when it comes to time to *workout* we *FEEL* like that laundry is a priority in that moment!

These things we don’t ‘feel like’ doing, often WILL —> IMPROVE YOU, and we’ve just *GOT TO DO IT*!

Time to turn to the *5 Second Rule* and when it comes time to *do that thing* — BAM — start doing it within 5 seconds. Even count down like a rocket ship about to blast off! 54321 START! It will make a difference AND I promise you’ll be happy when it’s over and proud you did it! 
I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
