“Nothing worth doing is done only once or twice a year.”-Grant Cardone. 
That time of year is coming up again. People make “New Year Resolutions”. I used to do it too. I thought OH it’s a NEW YEAR …I’ll plan to start ______….<–whatever it was at the time. 
Why do we do that to ourselves?? Why wait?? If we aren’t serious enough to start now than are we really serious?? Or is it going to turn into one of those 1x things….ok maybe 2x attempted?? 
Here’s the thing!! Choose your hard…is it harder to sit with yourself unhappy? Or is it harder to do something about it?? 
Don’t just make a change once or twice a year! Dedicate yourself!! Change NOW! #planforlife DO NOT plan for New Years or for a vacation!! Make it matter!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
