Snack Balls –Balls of Yummy goodness! *Not a low calorie snack* BUT loaded with quality ingredients, delicious, and a quick snack!
The ingredients & ‘how to’:

1 1/2 cup – oats (not quick oats!)

1 cup – peanut butter, all-natural

1/2 cup – honey

*The rest is customizable* but here’s what I did:

1 cup -mixed nuts

2/3 cup dried fruit mix (cranberries, raisins, blueberries, pieces of mango)

1/4cup– cacao nibs (Can do chocolate chips instead)

2 Tbsp -Chia Seeds

–this can be fun to change up. You can do different nut butters, nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, etc.

–For an extra boost add in some flax meal, hemp seed, etc.

–Add more Honey or PB if need to form balls

Mix all up in bowl and refrigerate till hardens a little. Roll in ball and ENJOY!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
