I 100% believe that everything happens for a reason. We may not get that specific ‘thing’ exactly when we want it BUT with believe and trust IT WILL come!!
As I sit and reflect on my past couple weeks. Living my life by complete design I feel so humble and blessed for every person, thing, occurrence, etc that has happened in my life!! Every little thing compounds and has led me to where I am today and what I have become–>who I am!!
This last week I’ve had so many little ‘confirmations’ that things are going just as they are meant to. I quite often will see a 4 leaf clover symbol -it seems like my -lucky charm or I like to call it ‘confirmation’ charm to keep believing and praying that God will guide me in this life journey and whatever is meant to happen for me OR to me WILL happen.
Today I reached a HUGE goal I had for myself with Beachbody 😍😁…and ironically or not…its St. Patrick’s Day 💚🍀☺️
I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
