So I made some Raw Blueberry Jam :). Only takes 4 ingredients and it’s super easy to make!!
Blueberries, Chia Seeds, Pure Honey, & Water
1 Cup of Blueberries
3/4Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Tbsp of Water
1 Tbsp Pure Honey
Mix water and chia seeds and let sit for about 10-12minutes.
Mix all ingredients together and pulse a couple times in blender. Just enough to mix and chop up the blueberries (if you want it chunkier then blend less)
Refrigerate and let sit for a little more time so thicken some more. ENJOY any way you would normally enjoy jam!
I think it tastes great and actually could eat it by the spoonful!! It has the seed consistency of raspberries from the chia seeds (so if you don’t like that you may not like this lol).
I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
