I HAVE to share this post from one of my lifers!! She joined a challenge of mine and is still going strong BECAUSE of the lifestyle choices she made and continues to make.
–>THIS IS WHY<– I LOVE being an online Health and a Fitness Coach DO NOT GET ME WRONG all of my Head to Toe Fitness Studio family–I LOVE having them each week and they’re not just participants taking a class THEY’RE my fitness family!!
I will say though being an ONLINE Health and Fitness Coach has its own FANTASTIC HUMBLING experiences!! Since they can’t necessarily PHYSICALLY come to me I CAN offer my support to people I’ve never met via the World Wide Web!! I love how THEY TRUST ME—and they receive the LOVE from myself and everyone else in my groups and I LOVE reading these ‘realization posts’ from them!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
