Finding the balance…

Finding the right balance between workouts and nutrition is key. If we don’t eat enough our body stores what we eat as fat for fear of the next meal and if we are eating more then we burn caloric wise out body holds onto the extra as fat too. Same goes for workouts. If you are doing the same routine for a long period of time our bodies get acclimated to this and it’s not as effective anymore. Having the right combo of strength conditioning and cardio makes for the most effective workouts PLUS appropriate balanced meals and portions are key! This is why 21 Day Fix has been so effective with those who use it.

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
