Every ONE Matters

So the last night of Beachbody Summit marked the closing to one unbelievable experience at Nashville. We decided we wanted to be as high as we could be and sat with this amazing view. We watched the sun set and the moon pop out and it was so surreal. We had a presenter during one of the workshops (DeWitt Jones-a freelance photographer for National Geographic) he talked about the difference between ‘Good frame’ and ‘Great frames’ and how it’s all about waiting, believing, and in the right moment it’ll be right there in front if you. Those 4 days had been amazing  and I knew there were so many things awaiting ahead!

Another presenter ‘Simon Senik’ talked about ‘time’ and how we all have 24hrs in a day-you can’t pause it or rewind it so take some time to utilize the hours we are given in memorable meaningful ways!! Life is precious and all to often we get caught up in the excitement of things (negative and positive excitement) and time flies by us. This experience, all the stories and presentations, has hit home in some way or another AND has forever been engrained into my memories! Exciting to continue my passion and work with many others on their lifestyle journeys and on my own too because Every ONE Matters!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
