Want to know something crazy?! Sometimes I get DEEP with my thoughts and connections. {My husband usually rolls his eyes at me when I go off on my tangents 😆🤗😍 you may too BUT it’s ok…it means something to me…I see it. I feel it 💛}⠀

My Son picked this Dandelion when we were taking photos. This dandelion actually has a perfect representation within these photos!⠀

After looking at these photos I had an emotional pull to search about dandelions his morning. As I was reading about the them I came across this excerpt. ⠀
•⠀
“Most modern admirers consider it a symbol of fighting through the challenges of life and emerging victorious on the other side. Others use it as a visual reminder of the sun’s power, especially when depression or grief makes it hard to stay sunny. Of course, there is a long running folk belief that blowing out the white puffball of seeds that the flowers turns into will grant you one wish. Others use it as a reminder to use intelligence in dealing with every kind of situation. Finally, most people agree that the Dandelion looks so cheerful and happy, even when it is taking over a sidewalk or shading out grass in a lawn.”⠀

It’s a full representation of me, of us, my journey! From my loss and depression with my miscarriage…to my fear and worry through my pregnancy…to my prayers and “wishes” being answered. To the gratitude and happiness I have now with my babes. I have a word that comes to me often when I’m feeling a bit down, stuck, or whatnot. Tenacity. This little “weed/flower” literally brought tears to my eyes this morning! Through and through, no matter what, these pesky weeds to most, BUT A FLOWER to a child, are tenacious. ⠀
