Maybe it’s because I’m currently pregnant but something that really makes me clench my teeth & smh is when I see pregnancy used as an excuse OR when one says *AFTER the baby is born* or *after this or that* Or *I wish this or that*

Growing a miracle is ALL THE REASON to be making the best choices NOW! Sure – obviously – there’s different extents and levels of involvement (all depending on your physical health, baby health, stage of pregnancy, and Doctor approval).

I get not wanting to jump around when you’re feeling nauseous or later in pregnancy physically uncomfortable (I totally get it – heck I went from doing a workout a day for myself 6days a week PLUS teaching 12 sessions a week —> to currently (as of this week) just teaching 6 & keeping my own “workouts” to a minimum (like daily walks or daily physical life tasks) as I feel the need to Honor my body! #38weekspregnant+5days (my body reminds me quickly what I can’t do lol).

I really truly believe there is something for everyone AND NUTRITION is sooooooo important through ALL STAGES of pregnancy. You should CRAVE a healthy lifestyle for YOURSELF as YOUR baby is going to be a direct reflection of those choices!

It’s all about NOURISHING YOUR BODY and getting healthy for you and baby NOW instead of when it’s simply too late.
