I know you may not believe it until youâve experienced it BUT if youâre having a *Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day* or just even 1/2 of one of those…EXERCISE is a great way to make you FEEL GOOD AGAIN!

Not that I was having a terrible day, but I could tell I needed to get my adrenaline pumping, heart beating, runners high…or my âon edge hormone swingsâ could have landed me nothing good!

So when the snow stopped and roads looked good – I HIT THE ROAD! #hipflexors are âadjustingâ, belly is #pooching more, but Iâm keeping my promise to myself of #honoringmybody and got a nice therapeutic 5k in!

Sooooo….whatever it is…need to just feel a release of tension, frustration, hormone build up lol…#Getmoving it will help!
