The past couple days have been *overwhelmed* with trying to figure out what to do with the OVERLOAD in my brain! .
I received some advice that was clarification that I wasn’t going bonkers LOL. I was thinking I lost the ability to “file” everything in my brain. LOL
*It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed with ideas and unsure of which direction to take following such a high energy and inspirational meeting. Decompressing is a great way to calm the chaos. Also know that the answers will come to you once the noise settles. I find it helps to write things down and purge the ideas from my brain and then revisit them later…that way, I’m not worried about forgetting what I’ve learned or what’s going through my mind!*
It was exactly what I felt and was trying to do BUT with my desire to HELP THE MASSES was overwhelming me. I know I can’t help everyone as they have to want to help themselves. I CAN offer my tools and support though –it’s just UP TO YOU! So just stepping back and OFFERING what I can is building blocks to make my passion/dreams/hopes come true!
This morning I woke up – brain racing- all these ideas I want to implement AND I started feeling overwhelmed again! I stopped. ✋🏻
– Made some coffee. ☕️
– Snuggled with my little man. 👩👦
– Sat down and played some podcasts to FOCUS my thoughts. 🎧
– AND AM TAKING ACTION! 🌟
