Making Time to Sweat 😲
…this Mommas got tired eyes…early workout session at my studio, now squeezed in my own, & plans of an early run tmrw morning.
Any quess as to what time I’ll fall asleep tonight haha.
Sooooooooo squeezing in regular exercise — I’m a big promoter of at least 30 minutes, 5 days/week — on a busy schedule can seem difficult, BUT enjoying a better healthier quality of life MAKES the effort put in all worthwhile!
• Have a plan! Decide you WILL, schedule it into your schedule, AND follow through!! Know what you like to do and do it– is it yoga? Is it cardio? Is it toning and conditioning? Dancing?
• Keep that commitment and stay Focused!! Avoid distractions best you can if possible!
•Be prepared! Pack up or layout your workout clothes. Have your PLANNED workout set up or at least set mentally 😉. Your mind controls what your body does SO take control now!!
